Community Guidelines

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Tueeq is a friendly place to discover and talk about fashion. These guidelines explain what you can and cannot post, how to report problems, and what we do about them.

1. What these guidelines cover

These guidelines apply to everything you post or share on Tueeq, including comments, boards, board names, usernames and profile photos. They form part of our Terms of Service at tueeq.com/terms. Tueeq is operated by TUEEQ LTD, company number 17369523.

Tueeq is a place to discover fashion and share ideas. Everyone should feel welcome, whatever their size, shape, style, budget or background.

2. Be kind and constructive

  • –Talk about the products and the looks, not the people. Disagree with ideas, not individuals.
  • –No body-shaming. Never comment negatively on anyone's body, weight, appearance or what they "should" wear.
  • –Keep it relevant to fashion, style and the products on Tueeq.
  • –If something you post is sponsored or you are paid, gifted or otherwise rewarded for it, say so clearly.

3. What is not allowed

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post anything that:

  • –harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates or insults anyone;
  • –is hateful or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other protected characteristic;
  • –is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualises anyone;
  • –involves, sexualises or exploits anyone under 18 in any way;
  • –encourages or glorifies self-harm, suicide or eating disorders, or promotes extreme dieting or unhealthy body standards;
  • –is violent, graphic, or promotes violence, terrorism, extremism or illegal activity;
  • –shares someone's personal information (such as their address, phone number or photos of them) without their permission;
  • –impersonates another person, brand or organisation, or misleads people about who you are;
  • –is spam, a scam, misleading advertising, or contains links to harmful websites or malware;
  • –infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights; or
  • –is otherwise unlawful in the UK.

This list is not exhaustive. We may remove other content that we reasonably consider harmful or inappropriate for Tueeq.

You must not create additional accounts to get around a suspension or other action we have taken.

4. How we moderate

Before your first comment, we ask you to agree to these rules. Every comment is checked by automated moderation before it is published, and comments that fail the check are not published.

Comments reported by several users are hidden automatically while we look into them. Every report is reviewed by our team within 24 hours.

5. Reporting content and blocking users

  • –To report a comment: tap the ⋯ button next to the comment, tap Report, then choose a reason.
  • –To block a user: tap the ⋯ button next to one of their comments and tap Block. You will no longer see their comments. You can unblock people in the app under Settings, Blocked users.
  • –To report anything else, such as a username, profile photo or public board, or a safety concern, email admin@tueeq.com. Please include the username and a description, and a screenshot if you can.

Please only report content that you genuinely believe breaks these guidelines. False or malicious reports may lead to action against your account. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 999.

6. What happens if someone breaks these guidelines

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may:

  • –remove or hide the content;
  • –warn the user;
  • –temporarily stop the user from commenting;
  • –suspend or permanently close the user's account; and
  • –report content or users to the police or other authorities where the law requires it or a serious offence may have been committed. Content that is likely to be illegal, such as child sexual abuse material or terrorist content, will always be removed and reported.

Where we can, we will tell you what action we have taken and why. We may act without advance notice where needed to protect users or Tueeq.

7. Appeals

If you think we made a mistake in removing your content or restricting your account, email admin@tueeq.com within 28 days of the action, with your username and why you think the decision was wrong. We will review it and reply within 14 days. This does not affect your legal rights.

8. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe content on Tueeq infringes your copyright, trade mark or other rights, email admin@tueeq.com with details of the content, your rights, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review valid notices and remove infringing content where appropriate. Users who repeatedly infringe may have their accounts closed.

9. Online safety

We take our responsibilities under the Online Safety Act 2023 seriously. We act on illegal content, provide easy reporting and blocking, and Tueeq is for users aged 18 and over. We will co-operate with Ofcom and follow its guidance where it applies to us.

10. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines from time to time. The latest version will always be at tueeq.com/community-guidelines. If we make significant changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
